Meet Buster! Buster’s tender gaze is sure to melt the heart of any lucky passerby. He is currently available through King County Pet Adoption Center in Kent, WA. Buster has been with the adoption center since 2/21/19 and is sure hoping to find his fur-ever home! Sweet Buster is all hearts and smiles, and you will find that his merriment is contagious to all around!
Buster was surrendered to the King County Pet Adoption Center, as being in a multi-dog home was not the best fit for him. An adult home without small children will be the best living arrangement for Buster, and he would do best as an only dog in his new home. Meeting other furry friends via slow introduction on Buster’s home turf is an option, however we are pretty certain that Buster would rather have you all to himself!
If one could assign a color for different personality types, Buster’s would for sure be RED! He is a spirited, fun-loving soul who still has a whole lot of puppy deep inside of him. Buster has good leash manners, and would make for an excellent exercise buddy. He is the perfect partner for exciting hiking excursions, along with other high-engagement activities or even a simple jaunt around the block. Speaking of engagement, Buster loves to engage in learning sessions with his people (so long as a treat is involved!). He already knows the commands, “sit”, “stay”, “come”, “down” and “shake”, and is so eager to please! As Buster still exhibits the care-free spirit of a puppy, a family that helps him to “mind his manners” if he becomes over-excited will be very beneficial. When Buster’s family leaves the home on an errand or activity, he feels most at ease in his crate.
A fan-favorite at the shelter due to his lovey-dovey demeanor and “anxious to please his humans” nature, we are hopeful that Buster soon finds his perfect match! His adoption fee is $200.00, which includes everything that Buster needs in order to get off to a great start such as neutering, microchipping and initial vaccinations, to name a few. The adoption team at King County Pet Adoption Center would love for you to meet this handsome guy! For more information, please reference Animal ID Number A564257 and call 206-296-3936.
