“You can’t sit with us!”
Mean Girls Day is celebrated nationwide on October 3rd by fans of the Tina Fey-written, early 2000s film. At Healthy Paws, we’re no strangers to “on Wednesdays we wear pink” and the inevitable “is butter a carb?” question, and it looks like a few proud pet parents share the same obsession! We counted ‘em and there are five total pups enrolled named Glen Coco – naturally, we wanted to know how they’d be celebrating the big day. Here are three proud pet parents and their Glen Cocos.
MEET SETH’S PUP, GLEN COCO!
Glen Coco is a 3 year old boxer lab mix who loves the beach, the dog park, and of course, his toys. When asked how he and pet parent Seth will be celebrating Mean Girls’ Day, Seth says, “You’ll find Glen surrounded by not 1, 2, or 3, but FOUR of his favorite treats. Four for you Glen Coco, you go Glen Coco!” The limit to loving this pooch? The limit does NOT EXIST.
AND ALSO KRISTI’S PUP GLEN COCO…
This black and white Frenchie Glen Coco is 1.5 years old. Pet parent Kristi says, “He was born to play, and his favorite hangout is the Dumbo Dog Park [in Brooklyn]! He has the biggest, best smile and loves to say hi to every person, and dog, he meets.” We believe it. He’ll be celebrating with his mama with four dog treats too: “Four for you Glen Coco, you go Glen Coco!” PS. With that friendly personality, you can definitely sit with him.
AND ALSO, LEIGH’S PUP GLEN COCO!
This four-year-old Glen Coco loves hiking, swimming, playing with her two cat brothers, and snoring on her favorite worn-out bed. She loves everyone she meets with excitement that is barely contained. Leigh says, “For Mean Girls Day, Glen Coco plans on making “fetch” happen and thinking of how many more candy canes she will be getting than Gretchen Wieners come December.” Oh, hey, Glen Coco, I want my pink shirt back!
